Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." If you are under 35, there is only one reason you are here listening to me today, and that is because your mother chose to let you live. But there is another kind of life you may not have. Jesus Christ spoke of this life. He said, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
 
We want to share a message of life. Life is a gift from God, life brings joy, life is beautiful, and precious. Look into the eyes of a newborn baby, and you will see the sparkle of life. Every single person from the tiniest preborn to the oldest senior was created in the image of God. Each and every life is precious and valuable in His sight.
 
Abortion is death. Abortion is the opposite of joy, beauty, and love. Abortion brings pain, emotional and physical pain, and death to every innocent victim in the womb. Death is the opposite of what Jesus came to this earth for.
 
Jesus said, "I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
 
Life is the fullest expression of love. Jesus said to his disciples, "My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." Jesus Christ showed his great love to the world by sacrificing his own life on the cross. He did this so that all who repent of their evil deeds and receive him by faith will be completely forgiven and have a new life, a changed life, a life of hope, a life with Christ that can never be taken away. Jesus rose from the dead so he could give eternal life to his children.
 
What has our society done? Instead of learning from Christ's example, we have decided it is acceptable to take away the lives of our children, indeed, we have decided it is not only acceptable, but it is our right to kill our children. Because of this horrendous holocaust called abortion, God's wrath is set against our nation. The blood of the unborn is crying out from the land of Canada, and God is listening. God is grieved at what is happening in this nation, and calls all people everywhere to repent. It is only Christ who can bring forgiveness, it is only Christ who can bring healing, it is only Christ who can bring true life.
 
Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
